The hub led by Professor Faith Osier at Imperial College London. It is hosted in the Department of Life Sciences, within the Faculty of Natural Sciences. This department is recognised as a center of excellence in research, fostering innovative scientific studies and breakthroughs. The hub is supported by a dynamic, multidisciplinary team from KEMRI-Wellcome Trust Research Program Africa (KWTRP), dedicated to strengthening the African vaccine regulatory environment and enhancing the African vaccine manufacturing workforce.
Faith is a professor at Imperial College London and the current President of the International Union of Immunological Societies, the first and only second woman in this role.
Anca brings over ten years of international experience in fostering innovation and supporting startup investments.

James is Senior Scientist with substantial expertise in molecular biology, protein design, engineering and expression.
Dorcas Kamuya
Dorcas's research covers the ethical and social-cultural issues on complex topics such as bio-banking, controlled human infection studies and pandemic preparedness & response.
Edwine Barasa
Edwine is a visiting professor with research spanning health financing, the efficiency & equity of health systems, the economic evaluation of healthcare interventions & translation to policy.
Marianne Munene
Marianne manages regulatory services at the KEMRI-Wellcome Trust Research Program, including major international clinical trials.
George Warimwe
George's One Health Vaccine Program at the Jenner Institute develops vaccines for simultaneous deployment in humans and animals.
